You are right ... guess we are proud to have customers all over the
world, hence the need of 24x7 support. But i am even more proud of
our clientèle which is not needing a lot of support. :)
work is a necessity, but if i would be needing support our clients
alone or 24x7 a day i would give them quite a crappy service :D
Clients shouldn't need support at all ...
